How long does it take to make a mascot?
Our lead time varies based on our production schedule and the complexity of the project. Once the contract is signed and everything is approved, the average lead time to make the mascot is 4-6 weeks. If you have a specific deadline, we can do our best to meet it.
How much does a mascot cost?

When I am requesting a quote, what information should I have available?
You should know your budget and the intended use of your mascot. (i.e. activity, location, climate, what kind of events, etc.) If you have artwork for the character you have in mind, please attach it to your quote request.
What is needed prior to production?
We will need approvals on a costume sketch and fabric samples, along with a 50% deposit.
What is the process?

What are your heads made up of?
Most of our heads are made from a vacuformed ABS plastic, but we also create foam heads. Read more about our custom mascot heads here.
Are there fans or cold kits for the costume?
Yes. Depending on the mascot, we can install an internal fan cooling system in the head of the costume. Or, we have cold kits available for purchase with your mascot costume. Click here to view the cooling accessories we have available.
Who pays for shipping?
The client pays for shipping the mascot costume.
How do you wash the costume?
Check out our mascot cleaning and care instructions for a detailed overview. If deep cleaning is necessary, contact us for a mascot refurbishment quote.
How do you store the costume?
Store your custom mascot costume by hanging it up the costume or lay it flat. Try not to store your costume in the duffel bag. Place the head where the shape won’t be damaged. Make sure costume is aired out before storing.
How long do costumes last?
The longevity of a mascot costume ultimately depends on how often it is used and how well you take care of it. We recommend you bring it send it in for cleaning and repairs every few years to ensure it stays in good condition.

Do you have any stock mascots I can rent or buy off the shelf?

Can you make a licensed character?
No. Unless you have the license to the character, we cannot produce licensed character mascot costumes.
