Custom Mascot Foam Costume
This type of costume is used for oversized shapes
that are typically inanimate objects such as a pizza
slice, soda bottle, airplane etc. The costume is
created using a dense, lightweight foam. The foam
shape is covered with a soft washable material.
Airbrushing can be used to give added dimension
to the character. All logos and labels are printed in-
house - we're a one-stop shop!
Custom Mascot Vacuum formed ABS plastic heads
This is a lightweight molded plastic used to create a
character head. We first sculpt the head and have
you approve the sculpture before a permanent
mold is created. Large sheets of plastic are placed
on top of the mold, heated, and then vacuumed
formed around the shape of your character’s head.
This method creates the most amount of detail in a
head and the mold can be used repeatedly to
ensure exact duplication for multiple orders.
The ABS plastic head has a helmet with chinstrap inside for a secure fit. The helmet
is installed on adjustable brackets, so it can be moved up or down or on an angle for
optimal vision. If the head is very oversized it may include a padded shoulder harness
in place of the helmet.
Lightweight foam heads (NEW TECHNOLOGY!)
These lightweight foam heads are an economical option.
We're able to vacuum form foam over a mold and create a head
that's as light as air! There are elastic straps to hold the head to
the performer's body and high quality furs in a vast array of
colors and lengths to give you just the look you want.![]()
